A Tangible Evidence Of Prayer

What the Prayer Warrior Blog and Prayer Shaw Ministry Have In Common

A prayer shawl is hand made with love and care and provides tangible evidence that someone is praying for those who are in need of prayer. It serves as a comforting reminder and mantle that you are not alone no matter what!!! Each stitch is a prayer petitioned to our Heavenly Father by the person making the shawl for the recipient who will receive it......For we all know that God is the only one who can perform miracles in our life. The prayer shawl is His way of witnessing to others that someone that might not even know them is praying for them and cares for them very much. They can be used as God’s coverings when the world around us seems cold, as an arm around us when we need it most, a hug to wrap us with loving care, a comforting touch we need when we are feeling down, a prayer we can feel to bring us comfort and a gentle reminder of how much we are loved.

Jesus prayed that we may all be one and that we are in Him and our Lord, our Heavenly Father so that the world may believe that God has sent Him. His prayer is that we may be brought to complete unity to let the world know that we are not alone no matter what, and that God sent Him and loves us even as He loves Him.

John 17:20-26 (New International Version)

Jesus Prays for All Believers
20"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: 23I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. 24"Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. 25"Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. 26I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them."

Sincerely,
Bonnie
