Snaggle Toothed

The above picture is of a little country church in North Carolina.

This blog is for Thursday - October 22, 2009

Sometimes the hardest thing is life is just being ourselves.

The next time you look in the mirror and want to scream try to remember that God made that face, that smile, those big eyes, long nose, crooked teeth, and chubby cheeks. You are His creation and called to reflect Him. Spiritual transformation does not come from a diet program, a bottle, a makeover or a mask. It comes from an intimate relationship with the Lord, God, Our Savior. Because of His mercy and gracious nature He looks beyond our snaggle toothed grin. God loves us and appreciates us for who we really are. So we can too! When we understand that God has called us individually by name, it profoundly alters the way we live.

Vickie Winans – Song – Spirit of the Living God Fall Fresh on Me

Spirit Of The Living God Fall Fresh On Me
spriit Of The Living God Fall Fresh On Me
melt Me, Mold Me, Fill Me, Use Me
spriit Of The Living God Fall Fresh On Me
fall Fresh, Fall Down On Me
fall Fresh, Fall Down On Me
melt Me, Mold Me, Fill Me, Use Me
fall, Fall, Fall, Fall Down On Me
spirit Of The Living God
fall Afresh, Fall Afresh, Fall Afresh On Me

1 Samuel 16:7 (New International Version)

7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."

Philippians 1:6 (New International Version)

6being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
