And the funny thing is it's okay

We might not be able to see God, but we can feel His presence and are able to see the affects of our prayers when we pray to Him.

When we feel overwhelmed with our trials we are encouraged to pray and listen to Our Heavenly Father as we "cast our anxiety" (sometimes translated "cares") on Him. He's not a stern judge waiting for us to break down under our worries; He actively wants to listen to us and help carry our burdens.
